Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Limited Liability

Demetrios S. Theodoropoulos / / Lydia (the COMPANY) are not to be held responsible for any inaccuracies or typographical errors in content on this website or in the books.

The books on this website are fictional narrations; all characters, actions and events described in this book are fictitious. No similarity to real events or persons is portrayed or intended: therefore, no real association should be inferred of this imaginary depiction to organizations, fraternities, orders, professions, institutions, religions or creeds even if reference to published work may appear to suggest otherwise. The references in the books were only meant to serve the needs of a fiction. Besides, any part of the presented bibliography may itself lack validation. The informed reader will readily realize that none of the described buildings or addresses correspond to any real buildings, addresses or specific locations. Furthermore, the actual historical events of this narration have not yet been fully established, and therefore, this work does not claim to display all events authentically but, instead, is largely based on fictional creations.

These books were not intended for general readership. Readers not subscribing to what is commonly known as Graeco-Roman and Christian values, may find it irrelevant and, at times, annoying; and they may choose to exercise discretion. As in all literature, fictional narrators in this book appear to have opinions conditioned by their upbringing, interests and expectations, and remain what they are: imagined actors presenting views and impressions within a fable.

In the course of these books, they will discuss values, contents, outlooks and effects of ideologies, religions, concepts, policies and practices; yet no judgement is – or could possibly be – passed by this art and fictional literature on real persons, genders, families, races, cultures, religions or nations; no ideology is supported; and, obviously, no specific action is recommended to the reader or reader’s associates. Finally, it is expressly stated that the ill reputation of political, national or religious representatives or activists should under no circumstances be extended without examination to their followers. Unless incriminating evidence is present, those who were misled enough to lend their undeserved leaders unreserved support, remain subjects of God, and it is He who judges them.
